TIME IS UNFRIENDLY! These three words said by my colleague, Revd Bola Ogunyannwo, provoked in me a wave of new light about TIME. Immediately, flood of wisdom about TIME overwhelmed my soul. My spirit burned with the following truth about TIME.
- Time is the continuous running of your days and life. Your clock or wrist watch is not your time, but simply a means of measurement of your time.
- Time is the continuous counter of life.
- Though time is unfriendly, it is inevitable for living.
- Time only favours those that use it well and work well with it.
- Time dictates its own pace, so you are to keep pace with time.
- Time does not respect your wish, so time will never wait for you to start doing something about your wish.
- Time will always keep counting without your permission.
- Time is like the soil of your life. Whatever you sow in it will come back to you in abundance. So be careful with the use of your time.
- Your worth in life depends greatly on your time usage.
- What you do with your time LABELS your life. If you always use your time to gossip, you will be called a gossiper. If you always use your time for research, u will be called a researcher.
- Who you are and what you have is simply a product of your time usage.
